Snacks…
Dole 4 Pack Fruit Bowls or Gels (2/$5) and Dole 2 Pack Fruit Crisps (2/$4 – 8 oz) make a fantastic snack to pack up in your brown bag lunch.
Frusion Yogurt (10/$6 – 7 oz) is a healthy way to start off your day. Full of calcium, vitamins and minerals and it contains low fat yogurt.

Salads…
Make a delicious salad with Fresh Lettuce or Arugula, Cut Watermelon (.79¢ Lb) and some crunchy pine nuts or walnuts for texture. Sprinkle some Alouette Crumbled Goat Cheese (2/$5 – 3.5 oz) on top and drizzle a light vinaigrette over the salad to top it off. Serve with a side of warm Fresh Baked Italian Bread ($1.49 – 16 oz).
Or you can make a Waldorf Salad with the Green Seedless Grapes on sale (.99¢ Lb – Frugal Friday ONLY) and some crisp apples from our Produce Department.
Add Hood Cottage Cheese ($2.99 – 24 oz) to a typical garden salad. Adding cottage cheese can fill you up much faster than a regular salad, and it tastes amazing.

Make a sandwich with our Homestyle Seafood Salad ($2.49 Lb – Frugal Friday ONLY) on a freshly baked Finger Roll ($2.49 – 12 pkg) from our Bakery Department.
Pick up White or Wheat Wonder Smart Bread (2/$5 – 20 oz) on sale to make your sandwiches for lunch. We have Land O Lakes American Cheese ($3.99 Lb) at a fantastic price this week, so be sure to pick some up. Trucchi’s Own Pear Shaped Honey Glazed Ham ($6.99 Lb) is great to make a delicious sandwich.
Sweets…
Choose from your favorite variety of Drake’s Snacks to satisfy your sweet tooth. Yodels, Ring Dings & Funny Bones (2/$5 – 11-13.5 oz) are all on sale.
Our Bakery Department has delicious Give & Go Carrot Cake Bites ($2.99 – 12 pkg) that taste absolutely incredible. Treat yourself with a bite or two after lunch!
