Recipe Type: Entree
- 4 Fresh Boneless Steelhead Trout Fillets
- 2 Tablespoons Trucchi’s Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Lemon, Quartered
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Place the rinsed fillets on a lightly greased baking sheet (rimmed).
- Brush the fillets with the dressing you made, making sure the fish has fully dried first.
- Put in the oven and allow 10 minutes per 1 inch thickness for the trout to cook.
- You will be able to tell the trout is cooked when it flakes.
