Recipe Type: Entree
- 1 Lb E-Z Peel Raw Large Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
- 4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- Juice from 1 Juicy California Lemon or about 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Fresh Parsley
- 1 Package of Minute Rice, White Rice
- Cook rice according to directions on package.
- Meanwhile, heat up butter in a large skillet. Add shrimp, garlic, salt and cayenne pepper.
- Saute for about 5 minutes, or until shrimp has turned pink.
- Stir the lemon juice into the pan, along with the parsley.
- After placing the cooked rice on serving dishes, add shrimp over rice and serve.
