Recipe Type: Entree
- 4 Alaskan Cod Fillets
- 1 Cup Louis Kemp Imitation Crabmeat
- 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Cain’s Mayonnaise
- Juice from 1/2 California Lemon
- 1/3 Cup Sliced Almonds, Toasted
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 13×9 inch baking dish and place the cod fillets in the pan. Put in the oven uncovered and bake until the cod flakes (18 to 22 minutes).
- Meanwhile mix the crab meat, cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Drain the juices from baking the fish. Add the crab mixture over the fillets and broil about 5 inches from the heat for about 5 minutes (or until the topping has browned).
- Add the sliced almonds on top of the fish. Serve.
