| Turkey Sliders with Mango Tango Salsa |

Recipe Type: Entree
- 1 Lb Perdue Ground Turkey
- 2 Teaspoons Five-Spice Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Chives, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 Cup Hoisin Sauce
- Mix together the ground turkey, five spice, nutmeg, garlic, salt, pepper and chives.
- Shape the turkey into patties (you should end up with about 8).
- Add vegetable oil into a skillet and place over medium high heat. Add sliders to skillet and let cook for about 3 minutes per side (cooking time varies depending on size of patty).
- Once sliders are turned, use the hoisin sauce for basting.
- While you’re cooking the sliders, make our Mango Tango Salsa to enjoy over your Turkey Sliders.
