Recipe Type: Entree
- 4 ¢entsational $avings Red Peppers
- 3 Cups Tomato Sauce
- 4 Cups Brown Rice, Cooked
- 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Slice tops of peppers off and hollow out the seeds. Boil water and place them into pot. Let boil for 5 minutes. Remove from water.
- Combine cooked rice and tomato sauce together over medium heat in saucepan.
- Spoon mixture into each pepper. Add bread crumbs on over the peppers.
- Top off with some grated cheese.
- Put the peppers into a baking dish and place in the oven. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve.

That looks like an easy recipe and with common ingredients. It is a lot of fun that peppers are like cups that you can put stuff in to cook. I think it could also be like a salad where you put salad ingredients into a raw pepper.
