Recipe Type: Entree
- 4 Lbs Pork Loin Country Style Pork Ribs
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Heinz Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Teaspoon Frank’s Hot Sauce
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Take the ribs and place down in a roasting pan.
- Over medium heat, combine the remaining ingredients into a saucepan. Stir occasionally and let cook for 5 to 8 minutes (or until sauce is boiling).
- Remove from heat, and carefully pour over the ribs in the roasting pan.
- Flip the ribs to coat all sides. Put in the oven and bake for 2 1/2 hours, or until they are tender.
- Turn the ribs about every 30 minutes or so while they are cooking.
- After removing ribs, skim the fat from the sauce (use to serve with ribs).
