Recipe Type: Entree
- 1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Prepared Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Crystal Farms Better’n Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
- 3 Tablespoons Crushed Town House Crackers
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Lb Jennie-O Ground Turkey Breast
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Mix together the tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard in a small bowl. Set to the side.
- Take another bowl and mix the eggs, onion, crackers, parsley, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons reserved tomato mixture.
- Take the ground turkey and crumble over the mixture in bowl and mix well.
- Take the mixture from the bowl and shape into an oval. Take a baking dish and coat with cooking spray. Place the Turkey loaf into the dish and place the remaining tomato mixture over them.
- Pop in the oven and let bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the meat has fully cooked (no longer pink).
- Slice after letting it sit for about 10 minutes. Serve.
