Ingredients
- 1 Fresh Salmon Fillet ($7.99 Lb)
- Coarse Salt and Ground Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 Teaspoons All Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Dry White Wine
- 2 Tablespoons Freshly Chopped Chives
Directions
Preheat your oven to 450°F. Take the salmon and place on a baking sheet that is rimmed. Season with salt. Roast for 15 minutes, or until the fish is completely opaque. While the Salmon is roasting, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add in the flour and let cook for 1 minute while whisking. Pour the wine into the saucepan and bring the sauce to a boil. Lower heat and let simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until the sauce is reduced by half. Add in the chopped chives and season with salt and pepper. Top salmon with wine sauce and serve.
