Recipe Type: Dessert
- Crust:
- 1/4 Cup King Arthur Unbleached Flour
- 1/3 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Graham Crackers, Crushed
- 1/3 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 7 Tablespoons Land O Lakes Unsalted Butter Quarters, softened
- Topping:
- 1 Cup Baker’s Coconut
- 3/4 Cup Nestle Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 1/4 Cup Nestle Milk Chocolate Morsels
- 3/4 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 9 x9 inch baking pan. Lightly dust with flour. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
- Stir in the graham cracker crumbs and light brown sugar and mix well. Gradually add the butter in by chunks, while mixing with a fork.
- Once the mixture has become smooth, spread the dough along the bottom of the pan. Flatten down with your hands.
- Pop in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the crust has become golden. Let cool.
- Meanwhile, mix together all the ingredients for the topping.
- Once the crust has cooled, pour the mixture over the crust.
- Put back into the oven and let bake for 20 minutes or until the top has become a light brown.
