Recipe Type: Entree
- 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Stella Shredded Cheese Blends, Any Variety
- 2 Teaspoons Dried Basil
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- Salt and Pepper, To Season
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1/3 Cup Garelick Farms Milk
- 6 Split Chicken Breasts
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Melt the butter in a 13×9 baking pan in the oven. While butter is melting, mix together all ingredients excluding the milk and chicken.
- Dip the chicken into milk and then dredge into flour mixture.
- Remove the baking pan from oven and dip the chicken into butter, leaving the chicken skin side up.
- Place in the oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and golden brown.
