Ingredients
- 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup Prepared Brown Mustard with Horseradish
- 2 Teaspoons Minced Fresh Thyme
- 3 lb Fresh Whole Pork Tenderloin ($2.99 lb), Cut in Half Lengthwise
- Salt and Pepper, For Seasoning
- Finger Rolls ($2.69 – 12 pk) or Kaiser Rolls Both Available in our Bakery Dept.
- 1 Can Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix together the mustard and thyme. Season the tenderloin with salt and pepper. Coat the pork with mustard mixture and then roll into bread crumbs. Place onto a baking sheet lined with foil and bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until pork is fully cooked. Remove from oven and let sit. Allow it to cool down for about 10 minutes before thinly slicing the tenderloin. Place cranberry sauce onto each finger roll before adding in the sliced pork.
