When the economy took a turn for the worse, many of us were struggling to make ends meet. Due to the rise in costs and low funds, local food pantries were no exception. There was a dramatically increased demand for food donations in our communities. In February 2009, we began offering Pre-Filled Food Donation Bags for purchase in all Trucchi’s locations. Your overwhelming generosity has made a significant impact to families in your community.
Now that Thanksgiving is just around the corner, your donations are needed more than ever. We offer $5, $10, $15 and $20 Pre-Filled Donation Bags that you can purchase at our stores right at our registers. Donations are sent to the following food pantries:
