| Wasabi Dip |
- 1 Cup Cains Mayonnaise
- 4 Teaspoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 2-3 tablespoons Wasabi Paste or Powder
- Mix all of the ingredients together and serve with vegetables.
Measure the amount of wasabi paste/powder you add by your tolerance of spicy food. Empty the dip into a nice bowl and decorate the plate with your favorite vegetables. Bringing colorful vegetables to the dish really adds to the presentation. We enjoyed carrots and blanched asparagus to go with it, but you can try anything.
