- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Star Dairy Grated Parmesan
- 1/2 Cup Star Dairy Grated Romano Cheese
- 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 2 Lbs Fresh Boneless Chicken Thighs
- Salt and Pepper
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan Cheese, Romano Cheese and Italian Seasoning in a bowl.
- Use the salt and pepper to season the chicken thighs (on both sides). Lay chicken into a baking dish.
- Take mixture from the bowl and cover chicken completely.
- Put in the oven for 20 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
