| Cinnamon Apple Bread |
- 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs, Beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Cups Tote Bag Apples Peeled, Cored and Chopped
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Mix well and set to the side.
- Add oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and apples into a large mixing bowl and stir into flour mixture.
- Empty the mixture into two 8 x 4 inch bread pans that are greased.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the bread is completely cooked.
- Let cool and serve.
