Recipe Type: Salad
It makes a refreshing appetizer for dinner.
- 1 Locally Grown Butternut Squash, Sauteed
- 1 Bunch Arugula, or Crisp Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 Cup Blackberries
- 1/4 Cup Pine Nuts, Toasted
- 1/2 Cup Green Seedless Grapes, Halved
- Toss all ingredients into a bowl and serve with a sweet salad dressing.
