Recipe Type: Entree
- 1 Lb Diluigi Fresh Kielbasa, Sliced Into Pieces
- 1/2 Red Pepper, Diced
- 1/2 Onion, Diced
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 Cup Dry White Wine
- Ground Pepper, To Taste
- Filippo Berio Olive Oil
- 1 Package Prince Small Shells
- Heat olive oil in medium sized skillet and saute the kielbasa. Add in diced peppers and onions.
- Meanwhile, cook the shells according the directions on the package.
- Remove skillet from heat once kielbasa is cooked through and vegetables are tenderized.
- Serve over pasta.
