Recipe Type: Pizza
- 2 Cups Onions, Sliced Vertically
- 1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 Lb Boneless Sirloin Steak, Trimmed
- 3 Mama Mary’s 7 Inch Pizza Crust
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Rothschild Farms Onion Dill Horseradish Seafood Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
- Add onion and mushrooms to a large skillet placed over medium high heat. Cover. Cook for about 3 minutes and remove cover. Cook for 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and remove vegetables from the pan. Season steak with salt and pepper and place in the pan (keep over medium-high heat). Cook each side for about 3 minutes (or until desired doneness).
- Let the steak stand for a few minutes and slice diagonally (across grain) into thin strips.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F.
- Place pizza crusts on a baking sheet and bake for 3 minutes. Remove from the oven.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and horseradish. Evenly spread the mixture over each pizza crust. Distribute onion and mushroom mixture evenly over each crust.
- Place back in the oven and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from oven and evenly distribute steak and cheese over each pizza.
- Place back in the oven and cook until the cheese melts, which should take about 2 more minutes. Slice and Serve.
