Ingredients
- 4 Tuna Steaks ($6.99 lb – Previously Frozen)
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 1/2 Cups Diced Tomato
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Scallions
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Capers, Drained
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 10 Kalamata Olives, Chopped and Pitted
Directions
Take a large skillet and place over medium high heat. Season tuna steaks with coriander, salt and pepper. After spraying pan with cooking spray, place tuna into the pan. It will take about 4 minutes to cook on each side. Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients into a bowl, adding a pinch of salt. Serve tomato mixture over your tuna steaks.
