Recipe Type: Entree
- 1 Package Jennie-O Ground Turkey
- 1 Celery Rib, Chopped
- 1 Small Onion, Chopped Finely
- 1/2 Green Pepper, Chopped
- 3/4 Cup Del Monte Ketchup
- 1/2 Cup No Salt Added Tomato Sauce
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Tablespoon Prepared Mustard
- Take a skillet and place over medium heat. Cook Turkey, celery, onions and pepper until cooked (meat is no longer pink). Drain.
- Add ketchup, tomato sauce, flour, sugar, vinegar and mustard to the skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
- Place cover on skillet and allow to simmer for 10 minutes, or until heated through.
- Serve over hamburger buns.
