Sunday
Today is the 4th of July! Pick up our 80% Lean Fresh Ground Beef ($1.99 – 3 lbs or more) for those hamburgers. Land O Lakes American Cheese ($3.99 lb) is at a fantastic price and a necessity for barbecues. Don’t forget to make special Fourth of July Treats.
Monday
Mondays following a holiday are always tough. If you’re too tired to make an elaborate meal…you don’t have to. Perdue Perfect Portions Fresh Boneless Chicken Breasts ($7.39 ea – 1.5 lb pkg) really are perfect. Already marinated in your choice of Italian, Garlic or Herb Pepper. All you need to do is toss them on the grill or cook them in the oven. Serve over a hot plate of angel hair pasta and whichever sauce you prefer. We liked adding Chavrie Plain Goat Cheese ($4.99 – 11oz log) to the pasta along with some heated Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes (4/$5 – 14.5 oz).
Tuesday
Looking to impress your loved ones? Tangerine Glazed Almond Scallops will do more than just that. Bursting with flavorful zest of tangerine, crunchy almonds and incredible stir fried scallops…it’s one of our absolute favorites.
Wednesday
If you get the chance to swing by our stores on Wacky Wednesday, make breakfast for dinner. All of the best breakfast items are available this Wacky Wednesday, so why not make some scrambled eggs or omelets? Cook up some Plumrose Bacon to go on the side.
