Recipe Type: Entree
- 4 Salmon Steaks, Rinsed and Pat Dry
- 1/4 Cup Apricot Jam
- 3 Teaspoons Heluva Good! Horseradish
- 1 Teaspoon White Vinegar
- Mix together the apricot jam, horseradish and vinegar in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture evenly over each salmon steak.
- Throw them on the grill over medium heat. Cook the bottom of the steaks first. It should take roughly 5 minutes to cook each side.
