| Garlic-Chili Sauce |
- 3 Bunches Flat Leaf Parsley
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Chili Pepper
- Mix all ingredients together in a food processor. Pulse until it has a smooth consistency.
