Recipe Type: Entree
- 1 Package Linguine Barilla Pasta
- 10 slices Bacon, Cooked, Cut Into Bite Size Pieces
- Salt and Pepper, To Taste
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup Trucchi’s Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Cream
- 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
- Cook linguine according to the directions on the package.
- While it is cooking, combine the eggs, Parmesan, cream and garlic in a bowl. Whisk and set to the side.
- Drain pasta and immediately add pasta in with the mixture. Add in bacon.
- Toss well and season with salt and pepper.
