Recipe Type: Salad
- 2 Heads Crisp Romaine Lettuce, Shredded
- 1 Perdue Oven Stuffer Chicken, Sliced Into Small Pieces
- 1 Cup Green Seedless Grapes, Halved
- 1 Sweet Juicy Peach, Sliced
- 1 Cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds
- 1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper, To Taste
- Whisk vinegar, oil, salt & pepper together in a bowl.
- Place the remaining ingredients on each plate and drizzle the dressing on top.
