Recipe Type: Entree
- 4 Fresh Chicken Leg Quarters
- 1 Genuine Vidalia Onion
- 8 Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1 Cup Frozen Broccoli
- 8 Teaspoons Garlic Powder, Divided
- 8 Teaspoons Paprika, Divided
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Zest
- 4 Teaspoons Poultry Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper, To Taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place leg quarters in a baking dish.
- Quarter the potatoes and slice the onion thinly. Season the chicken leg quarters with lemon zest, 4 teaspoons garlic powder and poultry seasoning. Arrange the potatoes around the chicken in the dish.
- Evenly sprinkle 4 teaspoons of the paprika and salt and pepper over the chicken and potatoes.
- Place broccoli and onions on top. Sprinkle remaining paprika and garlic powder over veggies.
- Place in the oven and cook for about 90 minutes (or until completely cooked).
