Grilling To Perfection…
Cook pork over low to moderate heat on the grill. Bone-in chops take longer to cook than the boneless pork chops. When grilling whole pork tenderloins, place over indirect heat, sliced into cubes or medallions. Although spare ribs have the least amount of meat, they also have the best flavor. Back ribs have a lot of meat to the bone and are easy to handle. In terms of meat per bone, Country Style Ribs have the best value. Pork Tenderloins should reach the internal temperature of 160°F. Pork Chops are considered done when juices run clear and the meat is no longer pink. The internal temperatures should be anywhere between 160°F and 170°F.
