Grilling To Perfection…
When grilling chicken, it is almost always best to grill over low heat. When placing the chicken on the grill, you should put the skin side up. Also be sure to place the thicker side of the meat closer to the center of the grill, where it is hottest. Chicken breasts require less time to cook compared to drumsticks, legs and thighs. Chicken breasts that are skinless cook even faster. The internal temperature should be atleast 165°F. Be sure you have the thermometer in the thickest portion of the chicken to obtain an accurate reading. Avoid dry chicken by frequently marinating while it is grilling.
