| Steaks With Garlic-Chili Sauce |
- Steaks:
- 2, 20 oz Boneless New York Sirloin Strip Steaks
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Garlic Chili Sauce:
- 3 Bunches Flat Leaf Parsley
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Chili Pepper
- Prepare grill for cooking. Grill the steaks over hot charcoal fire. Each side should take 6-8 minutes for medium rare.
- Bring the cooked steaks to a platter and brush with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Allow steaks to sit for a few minutes/
- In a food processor, mix all ingredients to make Garlic-Chili Sauce. Pulse until smooth. Serve with steaks.
