- 1 Lb Prince Ziti
- 4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
- Salt and Pepper, To Taste
- 5 Jumbo Beefsteak Tomatoes, Diced
- 1/2 Cup Lindsay Pitted Black Olives
- 1/2 Cup Stella Feta Cheese
- While the pasta is cooking, combine the oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Whisk.
- Toss in the tomatoes and olives and mix together well.
- Once pasta is drained, add the dressing.
- Allow the pasta to cool for 5 minutes or so before adding the feta cheese.
