
Sweet Baby Carrots

- 1 lb. California Mini Peeled Carrots
- 1/4 Cup Tropicana Premium Orange Juice
- 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- Pinch of Salt
- Put the carrots in a saucepan and pour water in to cover them.
- Boil them in the pan until they become tender. Drain.
- Pour the orange juice over the carrots and stir well.
- For 5 minutes, simmer over medium heat.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients until the butter and sugar are thoroughly melted. Serve.
