- 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Green Pepper, Finely Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Lb. Boneless Beef Sirloin Strips
- 8 oz. Tomato Sauce
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/4 Teaspoon Seasoning Blend
- 1/4 Dried Thyme
- 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Sargento Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Crumbled Gorganzola Cheese
- 6 Cups Hot, Cooked Spaghetti
- Sautee onion and green pepper in a skillet with butter. Cook until tender. Remove from pan and place to the side.
- Brown the sirloin strips in the skillet and drain.
- Put the tomato sauce, water, seasoning blend, thyme, pepper and vegetables into the pan. Place the cover on the skillet and let simmer for 20-30 minutes or until the meat is tender.
- Take off the heat and sprinkle both the cheeses on top.
- Place the cover on the pan again and wait for about 5 minutes for the cheese to melt.
- Serve it on top of spaghetti.
