Recipe Type: Entree
- 4 Red Bell Peppers
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 2 Cups Cooked Rice
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Cup Cabot Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- Pinch Of Pepper
- 2 Cups Hunts Spaghetti Sauce
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- After washing the peppers, cut in half length wise and remove the seeds.
- Gently stir the rice, onion, meat, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup of tomato sauce.
- Distribute the mixture evenly into each of the pepper halves. Top with the shredded cheese.
- Place in a shallow baking dish, pouring the rest of tomato sauce over the peppers.
- Put in the oven for one hour.
- Serve,
