Ingredients
- 2 Cups Barilla Pasta Elbows (5/$5)
- 1/3 Cup Grated Cheddar
- 1/3 Cup Grated Colby
- 1/3 Cup Grated Meunster
- 1/3 Cup Grated Gouda
- 1/3 Cup Grated Jack
- 1/3 Cup Grated Scamorza (New!)
- 1/2 Cup Daisy Sour Cream (.99¢ – 8oz.)
- 4 Tablespoons of butter, cut into pieces
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Cup Best Yet Milk ($2.39 – 128 oz.)
- Cooking Spray
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Boil water in a large pot. Add salt to the water and cook the macaroni al dente. This should take about 10 minutes. Drain the macaroni and put in a large bowl. Add all the cheese into the bowl, stirring together while the pasta is still hot. Mix together the sour cream, butter, eggs, salt, pepper and milk in a bowl with a whisk. Add the mixture in with the macaroni. Spray your casserole dish with the cooking spray and pour the mac and cheese in. Cook until it is golden brown, which takes about 30 to 45 minutes.
