Recipe Type: Side Dish
- 1 package of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 Egg, Beaten
- 1/4 Cup of Hood’s Whole Milk
- 2 Tablespoons of Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce
- 2 Cups of Whole Kernel Corn
- 1/3 Cup of Sargento Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and grease a 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Grab a bowl and combine the muffin mix, egg, milk, cheese and Tabasco Sauce. Stir together. Add in the corn and mix well. Let it sit for about 2 minutes.
- Empty the mixture into the baking dish and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Serve it with our delicious Rotisserie Chicken from our Take Home Made Easy Section in our Deli Department.
