
For many of us our lunch break flies by a little too quick. Once you finally get settled sitting down to eat it’s time to go back to work. Make it easier on yourself and enjoy the break you have by preparing as much as possible. Be sure to pack napkins and cutlery, and store food in easy-open containers -maybe that article you never got to read.

When you’re cooking a meal make enough for leftovers. Soup and sauces go a long way. If you don’t want to eat it all this week, just store it in small freezer ready containers and freeze . Keep the servings you will eat in the fridge and voila!
