Cleaning out your closets? We’re collecting NEW & GENTLY USED COATS.
This morning was a chilly reminder that colder weather is on the way. All Trucchi’s Supermarkets locations are collecting New or Gently Used Coats, New Hats, Gloves, Mittens, and Scarves throughout the month of October.
You might not realize you’re holding onto the perfect fit. Perhaps your five-year old grew so much this summer that the size (5-6) fleece he was swimming in last fall now looks as if it shrunk in the wash. And your two-year old will never wear the 2T winter coat you bought at the end of last season. He’s such a good eater; he wears a size 3T. There are many children smaller than your own that could use a coat and you might have just their size.
The next time you’re shopping at Trucchi’s bring your New & Gently Used Coats. You’ll find large wooden collection bins at the front of each store. Coats of all sizes (Including Adult Sizes) will be accepted. When you’re looking over your items and trying to determine if they’re suitable for donating, make sure zippers are working and there are no rips or stains.
