Produce
Our produce departments are perhaps the most attractive display of quality and freshness. Deep red peppers, golden yellow bananas,
bright oranges, and crisp green beans are among the traditional offerings. Fresh herbs and exotic star fruit and mangos appeal to the more
adventurous eaters. Juicy strawberries, blueberries and raspberries are ripe and ready to eat.
Our produce managers have the right to refuse any shipment that does not meet Trucchi's quality and freshness standards.
Throughout the day produce clerks are continually culling and pruning items as they display product to ensure quality is maintained.

Our main distribution center allows us to buy direct and offer many essential items at everyday low prices.
Our grocery department encompasses Dairy, Frozen, Baby Food and Care, Pet Food and Care and a peppering of international and
specialty food items.

We will do our very best to locate your item. Information items that prove to be helpful to our search but not a necessity are where you
may have seen the item or bought the item yourself, the UPC bar code and/or a package description.

Satisfying our customers' needs has been the founding element which Trucchi's has built upon. Whether it's loading your groceries in
your car or making sure you don't have to wait in long lines, Trucchi's is always conscientious of what the customer wants.
Our main focus is making the customer happy. Their satisfaction comes first, which is why we extend our efforts to ensure all
accommodations are being made. Different services have been implemented to carry out this customer care plan. Inclement weather
parcel pick up allows customers to pull their vehicle to the curbside in poor weather conditions while a Trucchi's employee loads their
groceries for them. This is just one example of how much we value our customers. In addition, we ensure that no customer has to wait in
long check out lines, as cashiers are always on stand-by to open up another register even to take only a few customers.
We realize how important it is for customers to be able to obtain products they want which is why we make every effort to get new items
in upon customer request. We want to be sure customer satisfaction is met, if for any reason they are unsatisfied we make every effort to
remedy the problem quickly and effectively. Merchandise returns are designed to be simple for the customer. In the instance when a customer
has to return to a store with a product for any reason they already feel inconvenienced. This experience should be made as pleasant and
convenient as possible. We believe pleasant people is one of our strengths as a company and this is an opportunity to prove it!
