Cranberry Pecan Tart, by Susan Ventura of Taunton
The following winners showed their stuff with Massachusetts’ official fruit. All entries were judged on display, appearance, flavor, texture, originality, ease of preparing and clarity of recipe. Co-sponsored by the A.D. Makepeace Company and Cape Cod Cranberry Growers’ Association, this contest will also generate a booklet of All Forty-Four Recipe Entries. The booklet will be available January 2010. Congratulations to all the winners.
